Terms and conditions

Whenever you work with Paul Stone Design you are asked to accept some terms and conditions.  They are not evil and complicated, they are just ground rules to make sure that everyone knows what they expects of each other.

Client will:

1. pay invoices on time
2. agree that Paul Stone Design will not take responsibility for any monetary, or otherwise, loss that you suffer as a result of any service or product that is provided to you
3. agree that some of their commercial or personal details may be held on computers or servers in multiple countries (for instance, hosting provider is in America, email newsletter provider is in Australia)
4. not use any services provided to them for the purposes of spam and provides guarantee that any of their customers data has been obtained in the correct manner, as laid out by the local laws in their country of operation
5. agree that Paul Stone Design can use any work carried out for the Client in marketing material and on the http://paulstonedesign.com website.

Paul Stone Design will:

1. not take responsibility for any monetary, or otherwise, loss that you suffer as a result of any service or product that is provided to you
2. won’t disclose your commercial or personal information to a third-party without your express permission
