Data collection forms for marketing campaigns

Let's Move required some data collection forms to be placed on landing pages for marketing campaigns they were running.

I created several complex forms for Let's Move that included data validation on many fields. The forms were for Estate Agents and Consumers (house finders and seekers) and ran over several screens, asking many different types of questions, and allowing people to upload photos where appropriate.

The data validation script that was used was an accessible one that worked well for all visitors, including those using screen readers.

Also for this project, I created a bespoke CDROM that installed a shortcut onto the desktop of Estate Agents that had partnered with Let's Move. This allowed the Estage Agents to click the link to go straight to the relevant form on the Shared Equity UK website.
